Every year, nearly 120 events are organised there: well-known or emerging artists, student projects or even creations combining art and science. The Ciné Club Every Tuesday at 8:15 pm, the student association Cinémaniacs programs a film session at the Diapason. Cult films or films d'auteur, animations or reports, discover the upcoming screenings on the programme. Exhibitions, heritage & collections Scientific collections, exhibitions, conferences, artists' residencies... The cultural service of the Université de Rennes 1 organises throughout the year times of exchange and discovery for students who wish to get involved, create or join cultural actions and associations. The Rennes de la nuit evening The Rennes de la nuit evening are organised by the direction of community life and youth of Rennes City. Concerts, games, dance events, exhibitions, conferences, theatre, always in a festive atmosphere... And it's for free! Practise, learn & train Art Workshops Theatrical production, stand-ups, analog photography, observational drawing or chamber music... so many art workshops to experiment, discover and grow. These sessions are open to all, beginners or experienced, free of charge. The rehearsal rooms At the Diapason, you could find several rooms for music, photography and theatre production. The association L'AMPLI offers you a rehearsal room equipped with instruments, microphones, a sound system and a mixing desk. Dance with SIUAPS You are bound to find something to your liking in the range of dance classes offered by the Interuniversity Sports and Physical Activities Service (SIUAPS). These classes are open to all, beginners or advanced.
