The Student Health Service (SSE) is an inter-university service that provides medical and social support for students that includes prevention check-ups, medical visits and consultations. It also provides cookery workshops.
Note: each study course and school has its own branch, which you can find on the SSE website.
Psychologists at your service
If you feel the need, a team of psychologists is available for counselling on the Rennes and Saint-Brieuc campuses. You can make an appointment by phone or at the reception desk.
This service is free of charge on presentation of your health insurance card. You also have access to free medical care.
Prevention & well-being
Throughout the school year, cookery workshops are run every week by a dietician on the Beaulieu and Villejean campuses. The programme includes learning how to prepare a proper meal and dessert on a tight budget and with little time to spare. The workshop is followed by a lunch with all the participants. Completely free of charge.
How to quit smoking
Have you ever thought about or tried to quit smoking but to no avail? Come and meet the "Info Tabac" specialist on the Beaulieu or Villejean campus. She will listen to you, give good advice and help you say goodbye to cigarettes for good.
